Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- đ Reservations must be made at least 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the desired date.
- âĸ Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will incur a 35% cancellation fee. Additionally, Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- âĸ Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Additionally, Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- âĸ The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded according to the applicable cancellation fee. It may take up to 30 business days.
- â ī¸ No-show bookings are non-refundable
- âĸ Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed on requested dates and time; and must be submitted in writing.
- âĸ Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply regardless of reason.

Guest Acknowledgement & Agreement
I acknowledge and agree that:
- â I am 21 years of age or older and will present a valid government-issued photo ID or driver's license upon request
- â This event requires full payment at the time of booking and a minimum 3-week advance reservation
- â Group size must meet the minimum of 8 and maximum of 24 guests
- â Cancellation fees apply as outlined in the Terms & Conditions above
- â No outside alcohol or intoxicating substances are permitted
- â Alcohol may not be taken outside the premises
- â Food is not permitted to be taken to-go, as additional food is served during the experience
- â I agree to treat all staff and instructors with respect and courtesy
- â I understand that failure to comply with venue policies may result in removal without refund
