❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled event will incur a 35% cancellation fee. Additionally, Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Additionally, Stripe processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
• • The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded according to the applicable cancellation fee. It may take up to 30 business days.
• • No-show bookings are non-refundable
• • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed on requested dates and time; and must be submitted in writing.
• • Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply regardless of reason.
